Kawartha Komets Share the Ice with the NHL Alumni

Recently several members of the Kawartha Komets Special Needs Hockey Program were invited to participate in the annual NHL Alumni Game here in Peterborough that raises funds for Special Olympics

Our players were thrilled to be on the ice with the stars (or former stars). The alumni players signed autographs for the Komets and the fans were able to watch a brief game during the 1st intermission between the blue Komets and the white Komets. We appreciated the opportunity to be involved. It was a great evening.
