Our Community Supports the Kawartha Komets

Two months from today the Jack McGee Kawartha Komets will be heading down the road to Fraser, Michigan to compete in the Special Hockey International Tournament.

Our community has always been known as a very giving and generous city, always getting behind many worthy causes.

In recent weeks it's been exciting to see new partners coming on board to help the Komets with our MISSION to MICHIGAN fundraising initiative.

We wish to acknowledge and thank the following businesses and individuals for their generosity and partnership:

Kelly's Fuels
David Green - Rocky Ridge Drinking Water
Future Shop
Currie Tire
Caravaggio Orthotics Inc.
Stephen Kylie - Lawyer

Please make every effort to patronize these local businesses and thank them for supporting the Komets.  Thank you!

We also want to thank Morgan Smith and his staff at Signarama for the incredible banner they supplied us for our Kawartha Komets Awareness Week in December.  We received incredible exposure during the month of December!

Many thanks for our community for getting behind "your" special needs hockey program.

Check back to read about other partners who will be announced in several days' time.

BLAZE KOMETS, BLAZE!
