The Kawartha Komets Special Needs Hockey Program hosted the Grandravine Tornadoes from North York today at the Evinrude Centre. Two great games! CONGRATULATIONS, Joe Rizzuto, for putting together a 1st class special needs hockey program that has been around for over 30 years. You are always exceptional hosts when the Komets travel to Grandravine and we were pleased to welcome your teams today.
As the Kawartha Komets finish off another fantastic season at the end of March, our 7th year, we are grateful to our major sponsor, Mary McGee, all of our generous donors, our players, families, coaches, volunteers and board members. Together we have worked hard to be the best special needs hockey organization possible.
The Kawartha Komets offer girls, boys, teens and adults with physical, emotional and/or neurodevelopmentall challenges an opportunity to play the game they love...HOCKEY!
Thanks for your interest and support.
