Dinner With Dagger

Kaeden Ball, one of our Intermediate Jack McGee Kawartha Komets raised close to $440.00 in our faundraising game with the Peterborough Petes.

All proceeds, just over $14,000.00, went to Five Counties Children's Centre.

Kaeden chose Dinner with Dagger as his 4th place prize...a dinner with Peterborough Petes veteran goaltender, Andrew D'Agostini.

Kaeden decided on the Pizza Factory as his restaurant of choice and enjoyed a quiet dinner with Andrew (just the two of them).

To top off the evening, Andrew presented Kaeden with a game-used goalie stick.  This was a total surprise for both Kaeden and myself (David).

Thanks for your excellent effort, Kaeden, and thank you, Andrew, for taking time out to spend an hour with Kaeden.

From what I saw (from the other side of the restaurant) both guys had a great time.

Blaze Komets, Blaze!
