Jack McGee Kawartha Komets Raise $14,000.

So...the Jack McGee Kawartha Komets set a goal of $5,000. that we wanted to raise for Five Counties Children's Centre

To accomplish this we played the OHL Peterborough Petes yesterday at the Memorial Centre in a fundraiser.

Well...we didn't just meet our goal...we destroyed it, exceeding it by $9,000. raising $14,000. almost tripling our expectations.

THANKS to everyone who helped with this destruction of our goal!

It was amazing to see these kids and young people with challenges and barriers go out and raise money so that other kids could get the help they need.  Wow!  That's what Special Hockey International is all about.

The many children helped by Five Counties Children's Centre add their thanks!

BLAZE KOMETS, BLAZE!
