Media Release at East Side Mario's

The Jack McGee Kawartha Komets met with the media at East Side Mario's yesterday to announce and promote our game with the Peterborough Petes on Sunday, January 27th @ 1:30 p.m.

Repesentatives from the Peterborough Examiner, Peterborough This Week, CHEX TV, KRUZ FM and FM90.5 were on hand as well as Dave Adams and Michael Taylor from the Five Counties Children's Centre.

Mike Oke, General Manager of the Peterborough Petes, was there to represent the Petes.

Matt Kraft from East Side Mario's was hospitable and accommodating as always.

Diane Mulvaney, widow of the late Mike Mulvaney, was on hand as well.  Mike will be honoured at the game on the 27th.

Admission is FREEJack McGee Kawartha Komets players are out getting pledges and donations and all proceeds will go to the Five Counties Children's Centre.

Be sure to come out and watch a FUN and entertaining game at the Memorial Centre on the 27th.
