The Kawartha Komets will take to the ice against a team of local doctors and a police team on Saturday, March 5th.
The Junior Komets will face off against a team of local policemen from the Peterborough Lakefield Community Police Service at 10:15 a.m. at the Evinrude Centre followed by a game at 11:15 a.m. between the Intermediate/Senior Komets and a team of local "docs" .
This is a fundraiser to help BUS THE BOYS TO BOSTON. Komets players will be approaching family, friends, teachers and neighbours for donations.
The "Docs and Cops" games will take the place of the practices originally scheduled for March 5th.
Admission is FREE but donations to help BUS THE BOYS TO BOSTON are gratefully accepted.
